HXD1F electric locomotive is the world's largest single-axle heavy-duty electric locomotive. It has built a 27t/30t large axle weight B0-B0 AC drive electric locomotive platform, which further improves the spectrum of China's high-power AC drive electric locomotive and fills 30t. The technical blank of the large axle heavy electric locomotive better satisfies the demand of the heavy haulage train for the large traction power of the locomotive. The vehicle body adopts high tensile and compressive loads to fully support the high-strength structure, and can withstand 3600kN compression load and 3000kN tensile load. The bogie adopts the suspension shaft suspension integral drive with flexible coupling and the three-way stiffness is completely decoupled. The axle box three-node tie rod type suspension system realizes the compatibility of the ECP system with the locomotive microcomputer controlled brake system. Up to now, a total of 2 manufacturing units have been produced.
