CRRC medium-car model design and development Changsha Metro Line 2 is the national standard B-type car, 4 moves 2 dragged 6 sections, a total of 16 projects. The car body is made of fully welded drum-shaped aluminum alloy body. Each car is 20 meters long, 2.8 meters wide and 3.8 meters high. The maximum running speed is 80 kilometers and the maximum passenger capacity is nearly 2,000. The front end of the subway train is equipped with anti-climbing device. The safety performance is far superior to the national standard. The appearance of the train adopts material recycling technology. 90% of the whole vehicle can be recycled. More than 90% of the energy generated by the train brake can be converted into electric energy. Widely use sound-absorbing and noise-reducing materials, energy saving and environmental protection. At present, the CRRC mid-cars have received train orders for several subway projects such as Line 1, Line 3 and Line 4 in Changsha.
